A city designed in public
Open city,
open doors.
Open City is a working proposal for neighbourhoods shaped in the open. Streets anyone can cross, data anyone can read, and space that belongs to the people who use it.

Manifesto
The city is a commons,
not a product.
Every drawing, budget and decision behind this model is public. These are the three rules that hold it together.
-
01
Open streets
Ground floors stay public, doors face the street, and no wall turns its back on a square. A route through the city is never something you have to buy.
-
02
Open data
Movement counts, air, shade, rent and water are published as they are measured. Anyone can check the plan against the city it claims to be.
-
03
Open doors
Space is held in common and lent, not sold. A room, a garden, a workshop: booked by the hour, free at the edges, kept by the people who use it.
